We advised a charitable organisation on the removal of a large group of senior management from their positions for alleged fraud. We acted for the charitable organisation in a resultant unfair dismissal proceeding in the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW. The application was dismissed. We regularly act of organisations in the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
