Termination of contract
The Council had contracted for the construction of a recycling plant. The project had been extensively delayed, was beset with defects, and the contractor was withdrawing staff and losing interest. We advised on cashing the securities and terminating the contract, including preparing the relevant notices, and securing copies of key documents.
