Joint Venture Disputes
We acted for a developer of a large scale ‘green fields’ residential development in the Hunter Valley in a claim for damages against its co-shareholders following a purported termination of the development agreement. The matter involved allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of common law duty, breach of contract and breach of the Trade Practices Act and culminated in a 26 day hearing in the Supreme Court of NSW with judgment presently reserved.
