Dispute involving access arrangements to Ausgrid Stadium

We acted for Hunter Valley Venues in a protracted dispute with the Newcastle Knights Rugby League Club over use of the Ausgrid (now Hunter) Stadium. The matter involved a complex dispute relating to all aspects of use by the club of the refurbished 30,000 seat venue. The matter was ultimately resolved through a combination of arbitration and negotiation.
