Retirement villages and aged care

We are active members of the Aged & Community Services Association of NSW/ACT Incorporated. We regularly act for clients in relation to retirement villages and aged care accommodation, including drafting licence agreements and preparing leasing documentation with disclosure statements to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
