PURCHASE OF ST KILDA ROAD BUILDINGS

We acted for the purchaser in relation to the preparation of  due diligence reports concerning  and the acquisition of office buildings at 549 and 580 St Kilda Road, Melbourne including advice on all commercial leases, car park leases, service agreements and retail outlets. We also assisted the purchaser in its negotiations with the vendors regarding refurbishment of lifts and lobby area prior to contracts of sale being signed and the ongoing leasing and management of  the buildings.
